Advisory Panel is another sweepstakes survey site but not to worry because they claim they ensure that a survey pool is kept at a low number to give people a chance of winning. I personally have won here and I know of at least one other person who has also won ($75 each) so yes, their sweepstakes are certainly 'winnable' and yes, they do pay out as well.
